Tuesday Tone-Up: The Pilates Hundred

The exercise synonymous with the Pilates method is The Hundred. The Hundred is the exercise which is done in the beginning of almost every Pilates routine in order to dynamically warm up the body, specifically the abdominals and lungs. This is a great exercise that can be done daily to help tone up the mid-section, and it only takes a couple of minutes to do!
